Cameron Emanuel King

The parents of Cameron Emanuel King said their son would have been pleased with the donation of his organs to help provide life to other children. Cameron died Monday, Dec. 1, 2008, in Alabama.

Hartwell Christian Mortuary in Gulfport conducted services.

Graveside services were held at Finley Cemetery for infant Olivia Mae Favre, who died Nov. 28, 2008, in Gulfport. Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home arranged services that included a visitation before the early afternoon burial.

Compassionate Friends of Leakesville, 7 p.m. first Tuesday each month at Faith Presbyterian Church, 1300 Mississippi St., Leakesville, MS 39451. Anyone who has lost a child, grandchild or sibling from the surrounding counties is welcome to come to the meetings. We are a bereaved parents self-help support group. GriefShare, a 13-week recovery support group for those who have experienced the death of a loved one, meets at 6 p.m. each Thursday in the fellowship hall of First United Methodist Church in Pascagoula. The church is located at 2710 Pascagoula St. Contact 762-5222.
Mississippi Gulf Coast Chapter of Compassionate Friends, 6:30 to 8 p.m. first Tuesday each month, meeting room at St. Martin Public Library, 15004 Lemoyne Blvd., Biloxi.
