Kandice Kaye Hogue

Kandice Kaye Hogue, 14 months, of Saucier died Friday, Feb. 15, 2008.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, David Alan Hogue Sr.

Survivors include parents Alan and Linda Elkins Hogue; brother Alan Edward Hogue Jr.; grandparents Lynda Hogue, James Elkins and Katrina Chesler; great-grandfather Harry Hunt.

The family requested private services, handled by Riemann Family Funeral Home on Three Rivers Road in Gulfport.

Compassionate Friends of Leakesville, 7 p.m. first Tuesday each month at Faith Presbyterian Church, 1300 Mississippi St., Leakesville, MS 39451. Anyone who has lost a child, grandchild or sibling from the surrounding counties is welcome to come to the meetings. We are a bereaved parents self-help support group. GriefShare, a 13-week recovery support group for those who have experienced the death of a loved one, meets at 6 p.m. each Thursday in the fellowship hall of First United Methodist Church in Pascagoula. The church is located at 2710 Pascagoula St. Contact 762-5222.
Mississippi Gulf Coast Chapter of Compassionate Friends, 6:30 to 8 p.m. first Tuesday each month, meeting room at St. Martin Public Library, 15004 Lemoyne Blvd., Biloxi.
