Visitation was Feb. 19 at Riemann Family Funeral Home in Gulfport and services at Ramsey Creek Baptist Church.

Bobby "Doughboy" Brown Jr.
Friends and family called him Doughboy.
They, fellow students and school district officials were shocked and saddended when Bobby Brown Jr. collasped and died during physical education class at North Gulfport 7th and 8th Grade School.
Counselors were provided for students devastated by the sudden tragedy that played out before their eyes when the teenager fell to the gymnasium floor, followed by failed attempts to revive him by school personnel.
Bobby, 16, was born Oct. 5, 1992, in Gulfport, to Latasha Brown and Bobby Sr., who preceded his son in death. Doughboy died March 27, 2009.

Azariah Matteo Smith
Just a day old, Azariah Matteo Smith passed away March 25, 2009, at Oschner Medical Center in New Orleans.
Funeral services were held at First Baptist Church of McNeill, and handled by Picayune Funeral Home.
Katherine Lee Perkins
The family of Katherine Lee Perkins laid to rest their daugther on March 27, 2009. The infant died March 25.
A graveside service was held at Wiggins City Cemetery. Moore Funeral Home handled arrangements.
